To promote the actor/singer's debut album, This Is War, the fresh-faced songstress performed a concert at the Highline Ballroom in New York City Thursday night. Luckily for us, our own E! Style Collective makeup maven Tina Turnbow helped the star get ready for the gig. Wearing a lace, cut-out dress and messy ponytail (styled by Jacob Rozenberg), Emily was a vision in white. Of course, the beauty pro then added an edgy flair, giving the entire look a stage-worthy value.
"I wanted to add pops of color on the eyes and lips for a mix of sweet and rock 'n' roll," shared Tina.

STEP 1: Prep skin with Jurlique Rose Pure Essential Oil and Rosewater Balancing Mist.
STEP 2: Even out complexion with Stila Sheer Color Tinted Moisturizer.
STEP 3: Dust face with Josie Maran Argan Matchmaker Powder Foundation.
STEP 4: Dab Mineral Fusion Concealer under the eyes to brighten.
STEP 5: Swipe entire eyelids with Nars Eye Shadow in Outer Limits for some sparkle.
STEP 6: On the top and bottom lash lines, line the inner corner of eyes with a brilliant turquoise blue pencil, like Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Deep End.
STEP 7: Again on the top and bottom lash lines, line the middle to outer half of the eye with a black eyeliner for a smudgy cat-eye effect.
STEP 8: Blend a charcoal grey color on the outer corner crease of the lid to widen eyes.
STEP 9: Apply Tarte Lights Camera Splashes Waterproof Mascara on top lashes for a touch of drama.
STEP 10: Use Too Faced Melted Liquified Lipstick in Peony for a soft, pink lip. For more intensity, amp up the color with a hot pink Nars Satin Lip Pencil in Yu.
STEP 11: For a final touch, spritz body with Persian Rose Spray Perfume by Pacifica.
