Despite their ups and downs, Khloé Kardashian still has Lamar Odom's back.
In this exclusive sneak peek video from tonight's brand new episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the E! star gets a call from her ex-husband after Lamar's best friend Jamie Sangouthai died of complications from drug use.
Khloé's phone rings and she begins to comfort her former hubby. "I'm so, so sorry," Khloé tells Lamar.
"Lamar's best friend since he was like 12 Jamie passed away unexpectedly. This is all just really upsetting," Khloé says. "He's distraught and devastated."
"Lamar has suffered so much loss in his life," Khloé adds. "I'm always going to be there for Lamar, especially when something as tragic as this happens…I'm really on high alert for Lamar because anything will set him to spiral and that's kind of the last thing I want for him."
