Oh, snap!

For a certain group of concertgoers, Tuesday night was expected to be a night full of music from Anneliese van der Pol.

The actress, who played Chelsea on the hit Disney Channel series That's So Raven, was performing her first full solo concert at 54 Below in New York City. But to the delight of many fans, the singer had one big surprise up her sleeve.

Yes, co-star and close friend Raven-Symoné was in attendance and ready to travel back in time.

In between songs, the twosome appeared onstage together where they followed requests to perform the theme song to That's So Raven. As you could have predicted, the results were magical.

"That's so Raven. It's the future I can see," the duo sings. "That's so Raven. It's so mysterious to me." Yep, that happened!

As if the show couldn't get any better, the night in question ended up turning into an early birthday celebration for Anneliese who turns another year older today.

"Happy Birthday dear you amazing, beautiful, perfect person I swear to God," Raven gushed while bringing out a "skinny" cake. "I love you. You're awesome."

The performance comes one month after much of the cast reunited on The View where they dropped some surprising secrets.

"It was actually named a different show altogether," Raven said. "I think it was called Absolutely Psychic at the time," van der Pol added.

Raven continued, "We had a really good time period. We captured stories that were touching to the people that were watching us. We talked about topics in a funny/serious way that you can relate to and when you can relate to something, then more and more people talk about it."
