Kim Zolciak has never been shy when it comes to admitting she's had work done, and Monday was no different.
The Don't Be Tardy star revealed on Instagram she stopped by Dr. Simon Ourian's office to have a little nip/tuck done, only hours before Dancing With the Stars! Zolciak posed with the cosmetic dermatologist and wrote in the caption that she "desperately" needed Botox.
"Thank you @simonourianmd1 for coming in for me!! I needed Botox desperately lol," she began the caption, adding, "and I needed to pick up some of his face products! I'm obsessed with his flawless serum, eye cream and moisturizer!! I truly appreciate you #CooLaser #SkinCare #GreatDoctor #MyScheduleIsCrazy."
The Bravo star, 37, admitted to Andy Cohen in August that she has gotten Botox injections before, but when he asked her if she had a nose job and her lips filled, she vehemently denied the procedures. "Andy, I'm very honest with plastic surgery. Obviously I've never hidden anything," the reality TV star said. "We all know I do Botox; I'm a big fan of it. My lips are definitely overdrawn. See?"
Cohen replied, "They're overdrawn or a little bigger?"

"Overdrawn!" Zolciak insisted. "I've always had fuller lips."

"Yeah," Zolciak agreed. "There's no reason."
If the name Ourian sounds familiar, it's because Kylie Jenner recently sang his praises in the New York Times about the fillers he put in her lips. "I still do Juvéderm for my lips. I go to Dr. Ourian in Beverly Hills. He's the best, and he's super natural about it," she explained to the publication.
"I was going to somebody before, and it was just looking crazy."
After last week's lackluster performance, you'd think Kroy Biermann's wife would focus on rehearsing.
