Birthday Boy Dave Annable Shares New Photo of His Newborn Daughter—You Gotta See Her Cute, Little Face!

Dave Annable is ringing in his 36th birthday today, and while he had wished for some material gifts, nothing beat the one that changed his life a few days ago: the birth of his baby girl.

The actor and wife Oddette Annable welcomed Charlie Mae Annable into the world on Sept. 7, and she's already brought so much joy and happiness into their lives.

Dave took to Instagram to share a brand new photo of the apple of his eye, writing one of the cutest notes we've ever read!

"Dear Charlie Mae, I was really hoping for golf clubs for my birthday but along you came and showed me what the meaning of a true 'gift' is," he captioned the post. "I am one lucky dude. Even luckier if I had those clubs too @odetteannable."

LOL! The adorable black and white photo is the first time we actually see the newborn's face, showing the daddy holding his wee one in the palm of his hands as she gazes at the camera with a tiny, little smile. Dave looks on adoringly, reciprocating the happiness.

Odette then reposted the same photo with an equally adorable response to her hubby.

"Dear Charlie Mae, I didn't get dad those golf clubs he wanted, so thank God you came along!" she wrote. "Happy Birthday my love @dave_annable! Your girls love you more than you know."

Charlie Mae is the first child for Odette and Dave, who tied the knot in October 2010. The couple was ecstatic to announce the news, both taking to their respective social media platforms to inform their fans.  

Dave wrote, "Odette and I couldn't be happier to announce the arrival of the love of our lives. Welcome to the world Charlie Mae Annable. She was born September 7th, Labor Day."

He continued, joking, "Team Annable did not get the memo that ‘Labor Day' wasn't to be taken literally. Charlie is a holiday all on her own. Mom and baby are in great health, and dad hasn't stoppedcrying since. Shocker. Charlie is one lucky girl to have you as a mother @odetteannable. You are made from heaven."

The cuteness is almost unbearable! Happy birthday, Dave! And congrats again to the family.
