After a lengthy silence, and a highly publicized rocky summer, Kim Richards is back on social media and sending positive messages to all of her adoring fans.

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took to Twitter this week to write, "I hope you all had a fun & safe Labor Day. I've missed you all! Thank you for all the love you mean so much to me."

Then earlier today she added, "It's a wonderful Wednesday. Remember to appreciate and love yourself as well as others today. Have a VAVOOMSHABANG kind of day. Stay cool!"

And when several fans of the former child star turned reality star reached out directly, she informed them that she's feeling good and that it's "good to be back."

One fan even asked flat out, "Still sober?" which Richards replied with, "Yes I am." along with several smiley face emojis and hearts.

It's been a little over one month since E! News confirmed that Richards' family had her briefly hospitalized.

A source confirmed that she had been released shortly after and gave no word on the exact reason behind her stay.

The former Bravolebrity was arrested for shoplifting upwards of $600 worth of merchandise from a Target store in the San Fernando Valley.

Richards ended up spending one night in jail before being released on $5,000 bail.

She was previously arrested April 16 at the Beverly Hills Hotel at around 1:30 a.m. after hotel security responded to a reported fight.

At the time, the actress was described as acting belligerent with slurred speech and reeking of alcohol.

Her attorney, Robert Shapiro, sent an associate to enter a not guilty plea on her behalf, as she was in a treatment facility when the hearing took place.

Following her stint in a rehab center, a source told E! News that Richards was "upbeat" but "uncertain about her future."
