About 1,000 people packed it in last night at the Hammer Museum in L.A. for an afterparty following the world premiere of Twilight.

No surprise, but Robert Pattinson was definitely the main attraction. He was surrounded by eager fans for at least two hours straight. Seriously, the crowd in front of him was at least 10 people deep.

Of course, the tray of Heinekens delivered to Pattinson's table may have helped calm what were some rather jittery nerves. Pattinson is way more shy than gregarious and outgoing...

The crowd was so dense, Jamie Foxx even had to squeeze his way through to shake hands with Hollywood's newest sensation. On Foxx's arm? His teenage daughter, of course. Everyone was so focused on the Twilight gang that the Oscar-winning Foxx appeared to have gone almost completely unnoticed for the rest of the night. At one point, he stood alone BlackBerrying by a buffet table.

Kristen Stewart ditched her red-carpet Balenciaga dress, Christian Louboutin heels and Chanel clutch and slipped into casual attire that her Twilight alter ego, Bella Swan, would definitely approve of: skinny jeans, a white tank top covered by a small jacket and a pair of sneakers. She looked adorable cozying up to her boyfriend, actor Michael Angarano.

Taylor Lautner, Kellan Lutz and Cam Gigandet were also favorites among party guests asking for pics and autographs.

Also in the house? Kim Basinger with her and Alec Baldwin’s daughter, Ireland, Larry David, Ed Harris, rockers Perry Farrell and Anthony Kiedis, director Adam Shankman and Lance Bass, who made a mad dash to the premiere after finishing up this week’s performance show of Dancing With the Stars.

Camilla Belle looked absolutely stunning. But no, her rumored-to-be boyfriend Joe Jonas was nowhere to be found.
