Hilaria Baldwin Reveals How Much Baby Weight She Lost in 10 Weeks—See Photos and Find Out How She Did It!

Hilaria Baldwin has lost at least 18 pounds since giving birth to her second child with husband Alec Baldwin, son Rafael, about two and a half months ago.

The 31-year-old Spanish yoga instructor and the 57-year-old actor welcomed the baby in June. Rafael, who arrived early, joins big sisters Carmen, 2, and Ireland Baldwin, Alec's 19-year-old daughter from his previous marriage to Kim Basinger

Hilaria has often posted inspiring workout selfies on her Instagram page, where her shrinking post-pregnancy figure has also been well-documented. Two days after giving birth to Rafael, she posted a lingerie selfie.

In a a blog post for Cosmopolitan, published on Thursday and written 10 weeks after she gave birth, it was revealed Hilaria had gained 28 pounds while she was pregnant with Carmen and slightly less during her most recent pregnancy.

Hilaria, a vegan, detailed a five-day post-pregnancy diet and fitness regimen, which included food and drinks such as coconut water, rice Chex with hemp milk, granola, smoothies made with kale, salad, fruit, almond milk yogurt and tempeh with roasted vegetables. Among her workouts—barre class, jogging, abs routines and yoga, of course, 

"I'm not trying to lose the baby weight," Hilaria wrote. "I've come to a point in my life where I'm not trying to be skinny, I'm just trying to be healthy, and I've found that if I don't really stress about it, the weight kind of just comes off."
