She had also posted a busty photo after reaching 42 million a month ago.
"45 million Instagram followers!!!!! I love you guys!!!!!" she wrote.
Trailing behind Kim, again, is Beyoncé, who holds the No. 2 position with 44.6 million Instagram followers.
"Besitos everyone!!!!! #45mil," Kim wrote alongside another cleavage-baring photo, later adding, "Last selfie for the night. Thanks again for the instalove."
The reality star is wearing a skintight blush, shimmering crop top and matching pencil skirt and sheer, gray, full-length jacket. She had spent Wednesday evening with sisters Khloé Kardashian, 31, and Kylie Jenner, 18, and mother Kris Jenner, 59, at a dinner at the Nobu Malibu restaurant to preview their new apps.
