Will jealousy poison Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett and Hank Baskett's marriage?
The spouses of six years are still working to repair their relationship in light of the former NFL player's past indiscretions, and in exclusive clips from Friday's episode of Kendra on Top, cameras followed Wilkinson-Baskett as she traveled to London to tape an episode of ITV2's Reality Bites. While she was in town, the Playboy model also attended Jamie Wei Huang's runway show during London Fashion Week.
"Here I think I'm getting far, far, far away from the U.S. and anything to do with it. What are the chances of James Anderson—who's an NFL player, friends with Hank, from the U.S.—here next to me about to watch a fashion show in London? I mean, ugh. Really?" Wilkinson-Baskett asked. Though her front row interaction with Anderson was innocent, she feared that the tabloids might make something out of nothing. "I mean, he is hot. It'll be my luck. Watch!" she said. "Like, one picture will be taken of me talking to him and it'll be turned into 'Kendra F--ked Him.'"
During her trip, Wilkinson-Baskett also caught up with The X Factor's Jake Quickenden, whom she met on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! in 2014.
Later in the episode, Baskett picked his wife up from the airport. Needless to say, it was a very tense car ride. "How was London?" he asked while trying to sound casual. After a pause, Wilkinson-Baskett replied, "It was really good." Asked to divulge more details from her trip, she excitedly told him, "Oh, my God. I went around and I saw—of course, you know, I saw everyone from the jungle."
Baskett's face soured. "Yeah, I kind of know you did," he said.
"Don't even," his wife warned.
Baskett couldn't let it go, though. "I hate Googling you, but that was the only way to keep up and see what you're doing," admitted the athlete, who took care of their two young children by himself while his wife was out of town. "Of course, I see you cruising with hot tub Jake and kissing Jimmy. You were all over the Internet."
Wilkinson-Baskett didn't want the fight to escalate. "Hank! Come on! Out of all people, you know that the paparazzi just know how to get those angles," she said, adding, "Hank, we talked about it on the phone in London." In a confessional interview—and without her husband by her side—Wilkinson-Baskett said, "I have nothing to apologize for. So let's move the f--k on...I want him to know how it felt when I had to read stuff through the press. I want him to know what it's like."
