Jaw, meet China. We'd be screaming right now but it's actually sort of hard to make a sound at all after seeing Scream Queens' opening sequence—which we have your first look at right here!

NOW do you see why we are already completely obsessed with this show?

Dripping with style, brilliance and sophistication, this credits sequence is not only visually stunning, it also highlights the number one reason we are so excited about this addictive show: It's just so much FUN. Like crack dipped in candy. (Not that we condone sugar. Or you know…drugs.)

FOX

Lea Michele looking all freaktastic as Hester with her headgear and makeup-free mug? Yes, please! Followed up by Lea Michelle looking all glammed up and glitzy and feathery after what (we're guessing? Spoiler Alert?) is a makeover at some point? Hell yes, please!

Scream Queens, as you should hopefully know by now, is the new horror-comedy series coming to Fox in just two weeks, created by Ryan Murphy. It centers on the sorority of Kappa Kappa Tao, led by Emma Roberts ("Chanel"), who is basically the worst human being to have ever walked the face of the planet—in the most ridiculously entertaining way.

FOX

"You read it sometimes and think, 'Oh my God this is crazy!'" Roberts says of her bitchtastic role. "You kind of just have to do it and accept it. It's this imagined world. There are definitely times when I'd apologize to the girls when cut was called. But it's been fun more than anything. The way these guys write for us the insults, you cant help but laugh."

Oh, and some other Joe Schmoes are also in the cast, like, hmmm, what's her name? Oh right, Jamie Lee Curtis, a k a our #1 choice for POTUS 2020 (not lying) after interviewing her a few times. Plus, Ariana Grande, Nick Jonas, Abigal Breslin, Billie Lourd, Keke Palmer, Skyler Samuels, Diego Boneta, Glen Powell, Nasim Pedrad, Niecy Nash and Oliver Hudson. (You might not know all those names yet, but you will.)

Fun fact: The song featured in the sequence above, "You Belong to Me, was co-written by Scream Queens executive producer Alexis Woodall, musician Heather Heywood (who sings it), and Scream Queens composer  Mac Quayle.  And we can't stop singing it.

BRB, hitting play again. Don't close your eeyyeeessss....

Is it Sept. 22 yet?
