Big congratulations are in order for Kevin Durand!

The actor, known for his roles in X Men Origins: Wolverine and The Strain, welcomed his first child with wife Sandra Cho on Saturday. The couple confirmed the great news on Instagram, sharing a black and white photo of an adorable embrace between Kevin and their baby daughter Amélie Moon. 

"My wife @SandraDurand23 and I are so proud to announce that we became parents yesterday! Amélie Moon Durand is here! So grateful n Happy:-) #loveandgoodnesstoall," Kevin captioned the snapshot.

English actor Robert Kazinsky tweeted, "@Kevin_Durand @SandraDurand23 super congratulations daddy Durand! Sasquatch jr.," and former WWE wrestler Robert Maillet added, "Laura, Mekki and I are so happy for you both! Welcome to parenthood!"

Durand responded to the abundance of support from fans and friends by tweeting, "Thank you kindly for all the well wishes. We are so grateful for all the love. Xoxo"
