After a few less-than-conspicuous Instagram teasers, Victoria's Secret confirms to E! News that the 18-year-old will appear in the brand's upcoming Pink holiday campaign. Yup, that means Bella's following in big sis Gigi Hadid's footsteps once more (after, you know, following her into modeling as well). The Instagram pics may also explain why she skipped out on beau The Weeknd's MTV VMAs performance last night. Hmmm.
Based on the festive naughty and nice signs in Bella's teaser post, the girls clearly got into the holiday spirit for the cold-weather campaign. There are no official ad pics yet, so in the meantime, we'll just have to reference Bella's behind-the-scenes snaps to get a feel for the upcoming shoot.
But sorry—no sexy lingerie shots for Bella (yet). Posing with Rachel Hilbert—the latest face of Pink who, you'll recall, got cheeky with Gigi back in June—and Devon Windsor, Bella's holiday ads seem to showcase the brand's college-girl-lovin' athleticwear line. Which seems like a fitting entry-level position VS gig if you ask us.
Given both Bella and Gigi's impressive modeling resumes—plus ironclad bombshell genes from mama Yolanda Foster—we've got to wonder: Could Victoria's Secret be grooming the sister act for a pair of their own wings? The brand did just add a whopping 10 new Angels to the supermodel squad, meaning that they may be open to further expansion. And if the Hadid sisters' test run with the VS little sister brand goes well, the gals could be taking flight in those coveted Angel wings in no time.
Just food for thought.
