Adele fans (read: every human who has a heart and a soul and ears), have been waiting for the Grammy-winner to put out her new album like:

And now, finally, we have reports that our queen has deigned to bestow us with a new record as early as November. We repeat: new Adele music is coming down from the heavens above this year. That's a remarkable sentence to write. We feel so alive!

But seriously. Adele. Girl. It's long overdue. Of course you've been busy, you know, having and raising a child with your boo, entrepreneur Simon Konecki. And we totally respect that and are so happy that she got some time off to live a normal life.

But ADELE. It's time. The last time you put out an album, it was called 21. You're now 27. In fact, it's been so long since your last masterpiece that the world is now a completely different place. Just take a look at 2011 and tell us it doesn't feel like eons ago!

In 2011…

Charlie Sheen had his infamous "tiger blood" meltdown.

Adam Sandler crapped out Jack & Jill. Unfortunately, nothing much has really changed with that dude.

Friday Night Lights was airing its final season. Aw, Mr. and Mrs. Coach were still the perfect TV couple the last time we had new Adele music.

The average price of a movie ticket in 2011? $8! Now, you have to basically take out a second mortgage to enjoy a night at the cinema.

Kate Middleton married some royal fellow. They have two kids now. Two!

Melissa McCarthy went from unknown to breakout star because of Bridesmaids. Now she's running this town.

Harry Potter was still in theaters. Sure, it was the last one, but it seems like so long ago that Daniel Radcliffe and the gang was still making movies.

Beyoncé told the world she was having a baby. Isn't Blue Ivy in college now? Seems like it.

Natalie Portman won an Oscar for making out with Mila Kunis her performance in Black Swan.

Rebecca Black was forcing us to get down on Friday.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand were still a happily married couple.

Game of Thrones shocked the hell out of everyone (who didn't read the books) when they killed off the main character. R.I.P. Ned Stark.

Chris Hemsworth came into our lives as Thor, continuing Marvel's blessed "Hot Chris" trend.

And a woman named Adele dropped the mic by dropping 21.

See? 2011 was basically a different era. It's been long enough. But now that we know Adele's new album is coming soon, we guess we'll just keep our mouth shut and wait patiently.

JUST KIDDING GIVE IT TO US NOW.

We'll just be over here listening to your old albums on repeat. This song is fitting, eh?
