A pregnant woman decided she needed to take her mind off of the labor pains she was enduring while at Brigham and Woman's Hospital in Boston, so she did the only thing she could think of: dance to the '90s hit "Tootsee Roll" by 69 Boyz.

Yuki Nishizawa needed her water to break, so she busted out her best moves, entertaining nurses, her husband and the thousands of viewers who would ultimately see her breaking it down in the hospital, courtesy of her husband's video on Facebook. Dressed in an orange maternity dress, Nishizawa twerks, spins, fist pumps and side steps her way to not only break her water but also distract her from what she was going through at that time.

According to Connell Cloyd, Nishizawa's husband, these dance moves are all part of his wife's "prenatal ritual." He posted two videos to Facebook on Aug. 18, one which shows his wife just getting warmed up and another that records her going all out, much to the enjoyment of a nurse in the background.

"The buttafly... uhn uhn thats old! Let me see your tootsie roll!" he captioned part two.

The couple already had one child together, so this little bundle of joy will be their second. We can only hope that their children inherit their mom's rhythm! Watch the video above to see this mom-of-two dance her labor pains away.
