Zayn Malik has gone solo in more ways than one.

The one-time One Direction member and Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards recently called off their engagement, and on Monday, Malik's former bride-to-be appeared with her girl group on CBS' The Late Late Show. James Corden asked Edwards to stand beside him on-air, saying, "I want to make sure—are you OK?"

"Oh, darling!" Edwards said while giving the host a hug.

"It has been a tough few weeks," Corden acknowledged. "Are you all right?"

"Do you know what? I'm good. I'm having an absolute blast in America," the 22-year-old singer said of the girl group's U.S. promo tour. "Things are going so well. I just wake up every day and I thank my lucky stars I have these three girls."

"They've really got you through this, right?" Corden asked. "They've got you through everything?" Edwards nodded her head and said, "One hundred percent."

Malik and Edwards got engaged in August 2013 after a little more than a year of dating. Seven months later, Malik, 22, quit One Direction. Months later, he announced he'd signed a recording contract. "Sometimes you have to move on because you're not enjoying what you're doing as much as you used to," his former bandmate, Liam Payne, told Capital FM after he was asked why Malik quit. "He wanted to spend time with his family and his missus. That's cool with us."

But enough talk about Malik.

Corden also asked Little Mix about recently performing with Taylor Swift as part of her 1989 World Tour. "She is the most loveliest person ever," Leigh-Anne Pinnock said of the MTV VMA-nominated "Bad Blood" singer. "She's just so lovely."

"Didn't she send a jet for you?" Corden asked the U.K.-based group. Pinnock replied, "Yes! We flew back with her on the way back. It was so nice. We had a girly chat. She's wicked. She's so business minded."

After the brief interview, the group performed "Black Magic."

And, as it turned out, Corden had the choreography down pat!
