"Who would fake cancer?!"

That's the question the viewers and stars of The Real Housewives of Orange County heading into tonight's episode of the Bravo reality hit after the ladies' visit with a psychic leads to an explosive revelation: Vicki Gunvalson's boyfriend Brooks Ayers might be lying about his cancer diagnosis. Let us repeat: "Who would fake cancer?!" E! News has your  exclusive first look at the psychic's shocking claim...and the O.C. Housewives' even more shocking reactions to the news.

"I don't see that, but it doesn't mean it's not there," the psychic hedges after the women start asking him a lot of questions. "I think it's too sensitive and I don't want to offend somebody if it is there." Oops, too late! And while Tamra Judge doesn't want anyone to share the bombshell allegation with Vicki, another Housewife has a different opinion: Meghan Edmonds.

When E! News chatted with Meghan at 102.7 KIISFM's Pre-Teen Choice Awards party, she teased the fallout from the visit with the physic. "I'm the one who says what the psychic said and there's a lot of fallout from that," she said. "I've been waiting for this episode since we wrapped filming. I think there's going to be a lot of strong opinions both ways."

She continues to tell she had her own "suspicions" about Brooks' cancer diagnosis, explaining her own experience with the disease has shaped her view of the situation. "I've been really affected by cancer and that's why I think I feel so strongly about this because I see how cancer can rock everyone's world. Not just close relatives, but everybody."

And in the exclusive sneak peek above, Meghan reveals she actually reveals that someone from her past once faked having cancer. Seriously.

Of course, Vicki and Brooks made the surprising announcement that they were splitting after four years together on Monday, saying, "We have come to realize that one can indeed love someone in their heart, but that the time may come for their lives to take separate paths." But the psychic's claim and some of the other ladies' skepticism had nothing to do with their break-up.

"HE is NOT faking cancer....it's a fake story that the girls made up," Vicki shared on Twitter recently. "I have lost 3 friends to cancer and my Aunt. It's a TV show."

Real Housewives of Orange County airs Monday nights at 9 p.m. only on Bravo.
