Welcome to the fiery side of social media, Bella Thorne.

The young actress took the stage tonight alongside her hunky beau Gregg Sulkin to present the award for Male Choice Web Star, and while announcing the nominees, it seemed like she threw major shade at Felix Kjellberg, otherwise known to fans as PewDiePie, who wasn't present for the festivities.

"Felix something, something, something, you know what? Be here if you want to hear the rest of your name," Thorne said.

And the Twitterverse was not happy about it.

Yikes! Thorne clearly caught wind of the all the backlash on Twitter, and decided to respond to those who were bothered with an apology and clarification—it was part of the script!

PewDiePie currently has over 38 million YouTube subscribers and over 6 million Twitter followers, however, the award ultimately ended up going to Cameron Dallas.

Don't worry, she was able to say his name perfectly fine.
