Rihanna straight out put NBA player Matt Barnes on blast for all of her 24.5 million followers to see after the athlete said some things that she wasn't down with.
Dating rumors between the two sparked a while ago after the Memphis Grizzlies player made it clear that he was feelin' the Barbados beauty. He made her his #WCW (Woman Crush Wednesday) on Instagram a few months ago, and would flirted with her over Twitter a couple years ago when she sat courtside at his Lakers games.
His ex-wife Gloria Govan even reportedly gave her stamp of approval—as long as she got hooked up with concert tickets—so when asked about what's really going on with him and RiRi, Barnes told TMZ that they're "just past the crush stage."
Hm, Rihanna seems to disagree.
The singer posted a screenshot of Barnes from the TMZ video and included a caption full of hashtags that not only dissed him, but claimed he was lying about everything.
"#bishwhere #thedevilisaliar #shesnotthatintoyou #shesnotintoyouatall #shesneverevenmetyou #thisactuallyhurtmyfeelings #defamationofcharacter," she wrote. Dang, sorry, Matt. Doesn't seem like this is gonna work out.
He allegedly commented on the post, as shown by this screenshot, with a simple response:
Weeks ago, she was linked romantically to soccer star Karim Benzema, however, a source recently told E! News that "Karim is fading out and it looks like Rihanna has only one guy on her mind, and that's Lewis [Hamilton]," adding that she is taking it slow and has not put a "label" on them yet.
The two sparked romance rumors earlier this month when they were seen together at the annual Grand Kadooment Day carnival in her native Barbados, where she showcased a nearly naked look.
Last weekend, the two were spotted on a yacht in the area, where Rihanna donned a floral bikini.
