Yolanda Foster is going au natural.

One week after the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star revealed that doctors discovered a ruptured 20-year-old silicone implant and said she "may have hit the jackpot" amid her ongoing battle with chronic Lyme disease, the 51-year-old reality star took to Instagram to announce she's going "toxic free."

And for Foster, that means cutting out a number of beauty treatments from her regular routine.

"Homeward bound, grateful and down to the bare bone of the original 1964 model......#NoMoreImplants #NoMoreBotox #NoMoreExtensions #NoMoreHighlights #NoMoreNailPolish #ToxicFree," she wrote alongside a photo of herself resting comfortably in a robe on an airplane. "Forced to honor my authentic self and respectfully own it!!! #MyHealthJourney #SearchingForaCure"

Last week, Foster shared the silicone discovery with her fans alongside a semi-naked selfie. "Turn a mess into a message....... We might have hit the jackpot by finding all this silicone from a 20 year old implant rupture through ultrasound mapping as shown in this selfie. Thank you Dr.Feng for holding my hand and leading the way," she wrote, providing no further updates on her illness.

The mother of Gigi and Bella Hadid has been documenting her battle with Lyme disease for years, and in January, she revealed via her blog that she had suffered from a major set-back.

"Most of you know I have been battling Lyme disease for the past three years. I wasted the first year trying to get diagnosed and spent the next two trying to find a cure," the former model wrote. "I have gone from the conventional long-term antibiotics to about every holistic protocol there is to offer. Unfortunately, I was only able to get to about a 60% recovery until I relapsed in early December and have not been able to find my way back."

She continued, "I have lost the ability to read, write, or even watch TV, because I can't process information or any stimulation for that matter. It feels like someone came in and confiscated my brain and tied my hands behind my back to just watch and see life go by without me participating in it."

Her husband, David Foster, also gave E! News an update on his wife's health struggles in late June.

"She's doing fair. She's just trying to work through it," Foster told E! News at the premiere of Amy. "You know, it's been a tough battle, but she's a fighter.

"She's got big balls," he continued. "They're temporarily cut off, but they'll be back."
