Emma Stone and former co-star Ryan Gosling reunite in their third film together, La La Land, which is currently in production. The two were recently photographed on the movie's set in Los Angeles. Stone, 26, wore a royal blue, knee-length halter dress and matching strappy stiletto sandals, while Gosling, 34, sported a darker blue blazer, paired with a white button-down shirt, a red, white and blue plaid tie and black pants.
La La Land depicts a love story between an aspiring actress and a jazz pianist. Stone and Gosling previously starred together and showcased major chemistry in the movies Crazy, Stupid, Love and Gangster Squad.
"I mean, it's fun to work with people again, just because you sort of know their process a little bit more and this is like, singing and tap-dancing," Stone told E! News in July, when asked about working with Gosling on La La Land. "It's really fun to get to do that with them."
The movie's director and writer is Damien Chazelle, 30, who directed and wrote Whiplash, which earned him an Oscar nomination for screenwriting. Whiplash star J.K. Simmons, 60, also appears in La La Land. The movie is set for release in July 2016.
