It's very possible that the next time you see a family photo from Jenna Bush Hager, there will be an additional little cutie in the picture.

The pregnant Today show correspondent shared a sweet family photo on Instagram, showing her growing baby bump as she holds 2-year-old daughter Mila while standing alongside hubby Henry Hager.

The trio were all smiles as they prepare to welcome another bundle of joy into their growing brood. The 33-year-old captioned the snapshot, "Family of [three emoji heads] before we become family of [four emoji heads]. Not sure our M knows what she's in for!"

On Tuesday, Hager left Today for maternity leave, so to send her off, Hager's co-anchors had mom Laura Bush and grandma Barbara Bush surprise the expectant correspondent by phoning into the show on Monday.

"We're calling in just to give her lots of love and tell her we can't wait to see that new baby," Laura told her daughter, who was so shocked by the surprise, she shed a few tears.

"I can't handle this!" an emotional Jenna said. "You look pretty good," Barbara added.

The former First Daughter first announced the happy news in April on NBC's Today. Mila helped her parents reveal the exciting news by blowing a kiss to her "little sissy" in a home video that Jenna shared on the morning show.

However, it seems like Mila is starting to have some apprehension about having to welcome a little sibling.

"Mila is really excited but she's kind of taken a regression," Jenna said Tuesday on Today, adding that Mila has been saying "no" a lot when asked about sharing things with her little sister.

Thankfully, grandma Bush, has been trying to prepare the toddler for the family addition by showing her photos of Jenna and her twin sister, Barbara.

"She sent a baby picture of Barbara and me where I'm, like, strangling Barbara of pure love," Jenna explained. "And she was like, 'This is Auntie Barbara and mommy, and look how much Auntie Barbara and Mommy loved each other.'"

We're sure once Mila sees her little sis, she'll be in love!
