Despite being in a horrific car accident, Tracy Morgan will still get behind the wheel.

After a year of intense recovery and rehabilitation, the 30 Rock alum is finally well enough to start driving again. And driving in style, he is! Morgan was spotted cruising around New York City Thursday afternoon in his Lamborghini Aventador Roadster. His wheels of choice retail for about $440,000.

Although fans were probably happy enough to spot the star looking healthy on his day out in the Big Apple, the comedian gave them even more. He exited his car and parked his rear at a local bus stop, where he sat and chatted with passersby and those who were waiting for their ride. Wearing khaki shorts and a cream-colored T-shirt, the Saturday Night Live alum accessorized with a lot of gold jewelry. But there was one accessory missing: his cane.

Morgan was previously spotted walking unassisted a few weeks ago when he took a trip to the car wash to get his brand new Rolls Royce cleaned. He really knows how to impress with his cars! The funnyman has come a long way since being involved in a deadly bus crash that killed his longtime pal James McNair. Morgan suffered brain trauma as well as a broken leg and ribs.

Thankfully he has healed for the most part, but he told Matt Lauer in June that still has a long way to go. "There were times where I had my good days and my bad days, where I forget things," he explained to the NBC co-host. "There are times where I have the headaches and the nosebleeds. I wouldn't even let my lady know because I don't want her to be worried about it."

But now that he's back behind the wheel and meeting with fans, we can safely say he's doing a-OK. Even though those who were lucky to see him probably had a laugh or two, Morgan promised Lauer that he would eventually come back to the comedy arena so that everybody can enjoy his work once again.

"I'll get back to making you laugh," he said. "I promise you."

We trust you, Tracy.
