Let the Road to Rio begin!
It's hard to believe that Wednesday will mark one year until the Opening Ceremonies of the 2016 Summer Olympic Games.
Lucky for us, the Today show crew has big plans to celebrate with a special "One Year Out" celebration.
On Wednesday morning, Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie will welcome several Olympic hopefuls to the Today show plaza in New York City while Natalie Morales will be broadcasting live from Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro.
So wake up early, bust out your Team USA spirit and start the countdown. The games are about to begin!
Watch the Today show Wednesday morning at 7 a.m. only on NBC.
