Few can say deflated balls and escaping in burqas would be big parts of their summers, but it's not the least bit surprising based off the season Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen have had thus far.

Amidst his ongoing legal feud with the NFL regarding his suspension for allegedly deflating the air pressure of his (foot)balls, today is Tom's 38th birthday, and regardless of the turmoil, Gisele reminded us just how adorable their family truly is.

Gisele posted on her Instagram an adorable family picture saying, "Happy birthday my love! We're so blessed to have you in our lives. Thank you for always giving us so much love. We love you! #love #family."

Three-year-old Vivian sits on top of her mom's shoulders receiving a kiss from her brother Benjamin, 6, who is on Tom's shoulders giving his wife a big smooch.

The two-piece is far less than what Gisele might have been wearing last week when photos surfaced of what many perceive to be Gisele and her sister Rafaela stepping out of a car in Paris wearing burqas.

E! News cannot confirm if the woman in the garment traditionally worn by Muslim women was indeed Gisele, but there are clues that have led many to speculate that it could be her.

Tom also showed love for Gisele on her birthday last month, posting on his Facebook, "Happy Birthday to the Love of my Life. The best is yet to come. We love you!"

Brady is currently at training camp with the New England Patriots while fighting his four game suspension from the NFL regarding the Deflategate scandal. Brady sued the league last week in federal court claiming "I did nothing wrong," and Patriots owner Robert Kraft echoed his frustration with the league saying, "I was wrong to put my faith in the league."

The NFL and the NFLPA have requested the matter be resolved by Sept. 4, just six days before the Patriots' home opener on Sept. 10 against the Pittsburgh Steelers on NBC.

Since Brady lost his initial appeal, he isn't expected to return to the field until Oct. 18.
