Remember internships? You worked really long hours for no money (literally...zero dollars) doing things like making coffee and taking your boss' dog for a walk and sitting on G-Chat complaining to your friends about making coffee and taking your boss' dog for a walk.

Well, Nancy Meyers (she of The Parent Trap and It's Complicated fame, among others) just made a new movie about the life of an intern. Except it's completely, unequivocally NOTHING like what we just described above. Because who would want to watch a movie about a bunch of 19-year-olds who don't have any idea what they want to do with their life but do know that they can only afford to eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches every day for lunch? Nobody. (And not just because the all-Forever-21-all-the-time wardrobe would be too reminiscent of your own struggling years).

Instead ol' Nanc decided to flip the trend on its head and make a movie about a 70-year-old New Yorker coming out of retirement to take an internship at a hip new startup company. And what better 70-year-old New Yorker to play said intern than Robert De Niro?

The actor stars opposite Anne Hathaway, who plays the founder of the startup, in the new flick appropriately titled The Intern. The new trailer just dropped today, giving us a glimpse at what work life is like with Mr. De Niro in the office. And we have to say, it looks pretty fun. Sure the movie follows some other story lines, like how Hathaway's character can't handle the pressure of being a CEO or whatever, but we're really just here to see De Niro learn how to use Facebook.

Sure there are probably some people wondering whether the actor would actually make a good intern, which is where we come in. Watch the trailer below and then let us convince you.

1. He can really dress the part. Impeccably tailored vintage suit? Check!

2. He can laugh at himself. He's not one of those old people who pretends he's 22 again....he's just really bored and needs something to do all day.

3. He gives great relationship advice to the kids who are actually 22 and can't get a date. Because sometimes you need someone from another generation to help you see why emoticons don't make the best apologies.

4. He can entertain everyone on late nights with his awesome impressions.

5. He's a comforting presence in a stressful environment...because sometimes you just want to skip right past "Father figure" and go straight to "Grandfather figure."

6. He can make Anne Hathaway laugh. And if anyone needs a good laugh, it's Anne Hathaway.

7. He's down to get on board with the youths. Tequila shots!

8. He won't spend all day sitting on G-Chat complaining to his friends about making coffee. Because, duh, he doesn't know how to use G-Chat.

9. He knows how to ask the right questions.
