Well, that looks pretty painful.

Tori Spelling was photographed posing for a photoshoot for her website on Tuesday with her children at her Los Angeles home, where the 42-year-old star's "Benihana burn" was still very visible on her right forearm.

The True Tori star suffered the injury back in mid-April when, according to multiple reports, she tripped and fell on the scalding hot Japanese Hibachi grill at the popular restaurant. She also reportedly underwent skin grafts after the injury.

Spelling appeared relaxed and happy as she played with her children in her backyard. Wearing a tank that read "Truth + Beauty," the mother of four was all smiles as she made silly faces while seated beside a bubble machine.

Benihana burn aside, this isn't the only health scare Spelling has suffered this year. In March, she was briefly hospitalized to be treated for severe migraines.

"I wish the media would stop making it so dramatic/scary 4 my family, friends,&fans...I have horrific migraines. I'm ALWAYS open about that!" she tweeted at the time.

While Tori's husband Dean McDermott did not appear to be present for the photoshoot, the couple, who endured a public cheating scandal followed by a deeply personal reality show, seem to be doing better than ever and celebrated their 9-year wedding anniverary in May.

"Anytime I would have emotional stress—for years, my whole life—I would just repress and keep going and going and nobody knew really. It would just start coming down. I would be sick all the time, sinus, migraines, everything," she previously told Dr. Oz of her health issues in Novemeber 2014. "I don't want to keep going on like that. I'm at that place where I don't like the way my kids see me. I don't like them seeing me as sick."
