They're not really rivals, but they both got their big breaks acting on rival networks—Justice was on Nickeledeon's Zoey 101, while Sulkin was in Disney Channel's Wizards of Waverly Place.
Gregg puts on an outlandish wig to perform a rendition of Kelis' "Milkshake", brings in a real life milkshake and starts twerking like his name was Miley Cyrus on an unsuspecting Victoria Justice.
And for the pièce de résistance, we get to see the hunky actor's shirt torn right off his back.
The 22-year-old actress turns up the heat with a performance of Nelly's classic "Hot in Herre", full of jaw-dropping sexiness.
She really brings the lyrics "good gracious ass bodacious" to life with her booty shaking.
We can see the actors trade blows in the upcoming episode of Spike's Lip Sync Battle, airing tonight.
