There was a lot on the line Monday night when John Cena and Seth Rollins wrestled on Monday Night Raw. With Cena's United States Championship on the line, the pressure was on. Fortunately for Cena, he was able to defeat Rollins, but not without a serious injury!

Rollins slammed his knee into Cena's face, causing his nose to basically shatter and blood to spill everywhere. Throughout the rest of the match Cena kept touching his face and nose, shaking his head every so often, but the Trainwreck actor wasn't going to let a broken nose stop him; he actually ended up winning the fight after several doctors examined him.

"John Cena's nose is in the side of his face," said one ringside announcer.

Because pro-wrestling is scripted, Cena's broken nose indicates that something went wrong in the ring Monday.

Now that Cena managed to keep his title, he'll most likely face Rollins in the ring again come Aug. 23 at SummerSlam. Cena will be challenging him for his WWE World Heavyweight Championship title.

Watch the video above to see Rollins' knee connect with Cena's face, but warning—it's a bit graphic!
