Sorry, Rihanna: No "Umbrella" (ella, ella, eh, eh, eh) can shield you from this.

Jeopardy!'s Alex Trebek was tasked with reading the lyrics to the chorus of the singer's 2007 hit, and although he technically got the words right, there was something so wrong about the way his "eh, eh, eh" came off!

As you can see in the clip above, Phil (the contestant on the left) couldn't help but smirk at Trebek's rather stiff rendition of Rih's rainy day tune. Ben (in the middle) doesn't appear all that amused—he's either really focused, or perhaps not a pop music fan.

But it was Val (on the right), who buzzed in first, correctly asking, "Who is Rihanna?" Homegirl was clearly familiar with the song, but amazingly, she was able to keep a straight face after hearing Trebek's rather, um, hazy "Umbrella" rendition.

Let's cut the man a little slack, though—his Rihanna impressions might be a little shady, but they're but a raindrop compared to the monsoon that occurs when the Jeopardy host croons a monotone Mötley Crüe!
