For every Starbucks in LA, it seems like there's a juice shop around the corner.

While health-conscious celebs swear by the stuff, there are just too many options on the market touting good-for-you benefits. Luckily, E! Style Collective health guru Candice Kumai stopped by E! News to share the latest lowdown (and recipes!) on her favorite drinks. These beverages don't just pack a nutritional value—they are pleasantly tasty as well. Don't believe us? Watch the video above and then try the recipes for yourself!

Bulletproof Coffee
OK, coffee beans and butter? It doesn't seem like a healthy combo, but the drink supposedly trains the body to use fat as fuel and can keep you full for up to six hours. "It may help with mental focus, clarity and sustain your hunger for hours, but make sure not to consume more than one cup a day to control fat intake," advised Candice. The drink, which Shailene Woodley reportedly drinks every morning, tastes like a buttery cup of Joe.

Black Magic Activated Charcoal Lemonade
Similar to the cayenne pepper-lemon-maple syrup concoction celebs like Beyoncé drink to slim down, this tasty lemonade (yes, it actually tastes like lemonade) also includes activated charcoal. "Charcoal may help to detoxify the body, improve your digestion and your skin," Candice noted. "It may also help with intestinal tummy issues." The unappetizing color leaves much to be desired and its cost is comparable to other pressed juicery shops around, but this lemonade supposedly helps you achieve that summer glow you've been trying so hard to get.

Green Melon Mint Juice
The stars love their green juices, with fans among Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Emma Roberts. But you needn't break the bank to fuel your green juice addiction. You can make your own with aloe, mint, melon, cucumber and spinach. "It's a fresh, pressed juice that is natural and contains few ingredients, no chemicals, no additives and no preservatives—unlike some store-bought juices," the health guru noted. "When juicing with fruit, remember: Fruit has high sugar content so just make sure to be mindful of how much you are consuming. When juicing, try using a minimal amount of fruit."

Homemade Turmeric Tea
Celebs are big fans of turmeric (Sir Michael Caine even reportedly eats it to keep his mind sharp), and this recipe, courtesy of Candice herself, features plenty of it. "Turmeric has natural anti-inflammatory properties," she said. "[This drink] is packed with manganese, iron, vitamin B6 and even fiber." Just be careful: "Some people may have an allergy to turmeric," Candice added. For the full recipe, see below.

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (can also be made with hot water, if desired)
2-3 cinnamon sticks
1 vanilla bean, open and seeds scraped out (optional)
Fresh ginger, optional!

Directions:
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, add all of the ingredients. Simmer on a medium-low heat for approximately 20 minutes. Strain, pour into two serving cups and enjoy!
