Ever wonder what Kate Hudson's secret to her fresh, youthful appearance might be? Turns out that the star's answer to aging is to, well, not age.
The 36-year-old opened up to E! News about this, er, interesting theory while promoting her appearance on Running Wild with Bear Grylls, which airs July 13 on NBC. (Kate goes pretty hardcore for the adventure—even eating ants on the trip.)
"I am ageless. I've decided. At 35 I just went, ‘That's it—I'm done,'" she quipped.
The actress also dished about her relationship with longtime stylist Sophie Lopez, who made The Hollywood Reporter's Top 25 Stylists list back in March.
"When we work together we have a blast," she said. "I don't know if it's as much a thought as it is just fun. I love girly things. I love being a girl, and fashion is a big part of that for me."
Sophie's work was a hit for Kate in New York City today: The star sported an emerald green Christopher Kane dress with nude Christian Louboutin heels, which she later added John Lennon-style sunnies to after her Today Show appearance.
