Watch: Would Paul Rudd Do a "Clueless" Sequel?

It's no secret that Clueless is one of the most beloved films from the '90s, and with the endless amount of reboots today, it seems like only a matter of time before we see Cher Horowitz on the big screen again.

So, when E! News caught up with Paul Rudd, who played Josh in the coming-of-age comedy, which also starred Alicia Silverstone as Cher and Stacey Dash as Dionne, we had to ask the 46-year-old star if he'd be up for a reunion.

"I don't know," Rudd told E! News while receiving his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday. "I think they're getting ready to do it as a Broadway musical. I've heard about that recently, which is exciting."

Rudd is, of course, referring to the recently announced musical, which is currently in development with Clueless writer/directer Amy Heckerling attached to the project.

"Would I want to do it again?" the Ant-Man star continued. "I think I may be a little too old for the part now. Maybe I could play the Dan Hedaya role [Cher's father]"

As for where he believes Cher and Josh would be in present day? You'll have to press play to find out!

The iconic film will celebrate its 20th anniversary (!) on July 19, and Silverstone recently spoke out about the long-lasting impact of the film in an interview with Today

Paramount Pictures

"I mean, I think Amy Heckerling is so brilliant...She just touches on a time and a period," the now-38-year-old actress said. "And the amazing thing about this movie is that it's still being discovered. I love when older people, like grandparents, tell me that they love this movie. That's very odd and wonderful. And then little people who are just discovering it now—it's just being passed on. It's timeless. Even though it captured that time so well it seems that people really identify with it."
