It's not a Vogue photo shoot (yet), but Princess Charlotte is still getting the royal treatment from a celeb-adored photographer.

That's right—world-renowned Mario Testino will take the official photographs of the youngest royal's christening this coming Sunday, a spokesperson from Kensington Palace confirms.

"I am overwhelmed and honoured to be chosen to document this occasion and to carry on the documentation of the family that is the soul of this country, a country that has given me so much," Testino said via press release.

While most photographers might feel the pressure documenting such a momentous occasion, Mario won't even break a sweat—he's well versed in chronicling royal engagements, including the official royal engagement photos of Kate Middleton and Prince William.

Also recall Testino was behind the lens for the late Princess Diana's hauntingly beautiful Vanity Fair photo shoot back in 1997, chronicling Will's mother in a series of exquisite snapshots. And those are just a few highlights in the Peruvian photographer's portfolio—he counts Gucci, Michael Kors, Versace and Valentino as a few of his many clients, and has snapped a pic of just about every celeb out there.

Now back to the Charlotte upcoming big day—while proud parents Will and Kate  will be front and center at the even along with a slew of family and friends, expect one noticeable absence from the festivities: Prince Harry, who is likely to be en route to Africa for an extended visit at the time.

The little princess' christening is set to take place at St. Mary Magdalene Church at Queen Elizabeth II's Sandringham estate in Norfolk on July 5, where the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Rev. Justin Welby, will perform the service.

While Mario may claim the honor of being Princess Charlotte's first celebrity photographer, let's not forget who was responsible for her debut portraits with big brother Prince George—mama Kate!
