Well, here's something you don't hear every day—luckily.

Two men were involved in a knife fight at Buddy's Seafood Market in Panama City Beach last week over the eatery's gumbo recipe. Yes, you read that right.

Things escalated rather quickly during a verbal altercation at the local restaurant leading to a gruesome and fatal end.

Caleb Halley, who served as the Chief Osceola from 2004-2007 at Florida State University, reportedly got into a scuffle with coworker Orlando Thompson regarding the amount of spice used in the dish.

Per Panama City Beach's police report, which was posted on Facebook, Thompson grabbed a wooden board during the argument while Halley quickly reached for a small wooden knife.

Within minutes, Thompson allegedly grabbed his own knife and gave Halle three stomach lacerations which were, at the time, considered serious.

Days after being transported to the Bay Medical Center, Halley died as a result of his injuries, while Thompson was then arrested on charges of manslaughter.
