'90s fans rejoice!

Old and new faces from Sean "Diddy" Combs' hip-hop record label Bad Boy reunited during Sunday night's BET Awards for a truly unforgettable tribute to the crew's 20 years of contributions to old school rap.

Diddy was joined by Lil' Kim, Faith EvansMa$e, Pharrell Williams, French Montana and a slew of other hip-hop heavyweights in his first major performance since his arrest for allegedly assaulting a UCLA football coach.  As it turned out, the spectacle didn't disappoint.

In the greatest musical revival of probably all time, 112 even came together in classic red jumpsuits for "Peaches and Cream."

The crowd also went absolutely wild when the late Notorious B.I.G. was honored with a video montage set to the rap legend's music. Finally, Williams and Diddy delivered the world premiere and TV debut of their new song "Finna Get Loose" which is available on iTunes Monday.

Prior to the awards show, buzz around the Bad Boy reunion was strong, as the group's alumni took to social media to hint at the highly anticipated comeback.

Jadakiss shared a moment from rehearsal, paying homage to lyrics from "Only You", "I thought I told you.....That we won't stop." Other Bad Boy favorites also gave fans a behind-the-scene look at the reunion, sharing videos and photos from the crew's jam sessions.
