Listen up, Jack Antonoff! Your girl just dropped a big hint.

After Friday's historic Supreme Court decision to legalize gay marriage across the United States, Girls star Lena Dunham celebrated with a not-so subtle nudge to her boyfriend of three years that she—like many members of the LGBT community—is more than ready to put a ring on it.

".@jackantonoff Get on it, yo...," Dunham cleverly tweeted. "Woke up to learn that love is free! Thank you to all those who fought so hard to make this historic moment happen," she added. "Let's use this victory as a reminder to keep pushing for equality on every frontier. We have the power!"

Back in March, the Golden Globe winner opened up on the Ellen DeGeneres Show about her reservations to tie the knot.

"The idea of having a celebration that can't be fully shared among all the people in my life and all the people that we love just doesn't really feel like a celebration at all," Dunham said of marrying the Bleachers musician. "So until that's something that everyone can join into with no sense of being left out on any level, politically, emotionally, it's just not something that we're gonna do."

And while Antonoff didn't directly respond to his leading lady's demand, he too celebrated the ruling with a patriotic chant: "gonna tweet something I never thought I would: !!!!!!!!!!!!! USA USA USA USA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" he wrote. "so many amazing people worked tirelessly for decades for this. in awe of them today and always"

OK Lena, it might soon be time to swap that friendship ring on your left hand for a sparkling diamond.
