Jimmy Fallon is recovering after a "minor" injury he sustained last night.

The 40-year-old Tonight Show host was admitted to an NYC hospital Friday morning after he hurt one of his hands.

"Jimmy Fallon was required to have minor surgery after injuring his hand at his Manhattan apartment this morning," the former Saturday Night Live star's rep tells E! News. "He is expected to make a full recovery."

Even though Fallon's injury wasn't super serious, he was still forced to cancel Friday's taping of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

"Hey guys - unfortunately tonight's taping has been cancelled due to Jimmy injuring his hand. He's totally fine but we'll be airing a repeat," the show announced via Twitter. "If you had tickets to tonight's show, we'll be in contact with you to reschedule your tix."

Glad to hear the funnyman is going to be alright!

Meanwhile, last night's Tonight Show was filled with potentially dangerous antics. Fallon and guest Mark Wahlberg played a game called Headshots where they each shoot arrows at objects on each other's heads. Luckily both escaped without injury!
