It looks like Prince George is following in his mother's footsteps—literally.

Because just like Kate Middleton, the royal tot can influence the fashion market with just one snapshot.

Case in point: In the two weeks since he was photographed frolicking in a pair of navy blue Crocs at a charity polo match on June 14, the footwear brand has seen a sales of the kiddie style skyrocket.  Just how much? Oh, just a measly…1,500 percent!

"Once again, Prince George proves there's no age limit on being a fashion icon," Daniel Silverfield, head of vendor management, shoes at Amazon.co.uk, told Women's Wear Daily

Of course, you may remember that the Duchess of Cambridge was also seen in those same pictures with the wee future King of England and her striped shirt currently has a 3-month waiting list. It seems the Kate Effect and the George Effect do not cancel each other out.

This isn't the first time our favorite blond heir has caused a fashion frenzy. Who could forget the denim overalls, blue jumper, and guards vest? Everything this kid touches turns to retail gold sold.
