Jarret Stoll has to face the heat this summer.

The Los Angeles Kings player and boyfriend of Erin Andrews was charged Monday with felony cocaine possession in connection with his April arrest at the MGM Grand's Wet Republic pool club in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police noted in its arrest report that Stoll consented to a voluntary pat-down at the entrance to Wet Republic and the search turned up what toxicology tests later showed were 3.3 grams of cocaine and gel caps containing MDMA in the pocket of his swim trunks.

There was no mention of MDMA, or Ecstasy, in the criminal complaint handed down by the Las Vegas District Attorney's Office and obtained by E! News today.

Stoll, who has played with the Kings for seven seasons, was already due to become a free agent after the 2014-2015 season, during which the defending Stanley Cup champions failed to make the playoffs. After his arrest, the team said that they were conducting an internal investigation.

He and Andrews have not been spotted together since his April 17 bust, but we're told that they're still a couple. Her rep has not responded to a request for comment.

The 32-year-old Stoll has maintained a low profile on his own, but Andrews was right back on the job, co-hosting Dancing With the Stars a few nights later.

"I'm hopeful there will be a fair resolution," Stoll's attorney, David Chesnoff, told the Los Angeles Times Monday. The hockey player faces a possible four-year prison sentence if convicted at trial. He's due in court on July 1.
