Kanye West is using his public platform to speak out about the racial violence that continues to plague society.

The 38-year-old outspoken rapper was a headliner at Hot 107.9's Birthday Bash in Atlanta on Saturday night, where Kim Kardashian's husband performed a passionate freestyle rap addressing racial discrimination in the United States, just three days after the horrific church shooting in South Carolina, which left nine people dead

Crouching low to the ground in an apparent effort to connect with the audience on a deeper level, the soon-to-be father of two fervently delivered the NSFW lyrics and seemingly didn't hold back.

"See that's the magic of racism, it works on itself/ We hate each other, screw each other, kill each other/ When we can't kill nobody else/ See that's the magic of lack of resources, it works on itself/ 500 n--gas getting pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-popped, and North Carolina didn't help/ See that's the magic of racism, it works on itself/ N--gas hate n--gas hate n--gas hate n--gas hate n--gas hate n--gas hate n--gas."

Geographic slip-up aside, the moment was a powerful one for West, who hasn't been shy when it comes to sharing his feelings about racism in the past.

"It's like a silly concept that people try to touch on...to separate, to alienate, to pinpoint anything. It's stupid," North West's dad previous said of racism. "It's like a bouncing ball in a room with two cats, or something, when you don't feel like playing with a cat. Let them literally fight over the bouncing ball. And the bouncing ball has nothing, no purpose, anything other than that: It bounces. That's racism. It's not an actual thing that even means anything."
