Caitlyn Jenner rounded up most of her sons and daughters to celebrate the holiday, but instead of sharing a meal together, everyone hit the great outdoors! Caitlyn posted a group photo to her social media profiles that showed most of her children either before or after an off-roading adventure.
(With the release of the Vanity Fair story, Caitlyn has chosen to identify publicly as a woman and E! News will refer to her using female pronouns. In stories published before this date, she was referred to as Bruce Jenner and male pronouns were used.)
It must have been a phenomenal day together because even Kanye West has an ear-to-ear grin on his face, and he hardly ever smiles. In fact, it looks like daughter North West has adopted her dad's signature grimace LOL. The pic shows the group gathered around an ATV, but Khloé Kardashian and Kendall Jenner seem to be the most amped about the outdoor activity, as they're both flexing their biceps.
"Great day yesterday for Father's Day. We had so much fun off-roading. So much love and support! Love my family!" Caitlyn captioned the pic, which includes Burt Jenner, girlfriend Valerie Pitalo, Brandon Jenner, Leah Jenner, Kendall and her stepdaughters Kim Kardashian and Khloé.
Not pictured are Kylie Jenner, Brody Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian and Rob Kardashian.
In addition to spending time with Caitlyn, Kendall and Kylie also paid special tribute to her by posting several childhood throwback photos of themselves with her prior to her transition.
"My whole life, this soul was my daddy and just because your appearance is different now doesn't mean you were any less of a father to me my entire life," Kendall wrote. "Happy Father's Day to the person who raised me, and taught me everything I know, my hero."
"Happy Father's Day my little light of sunshine," Kylie wrote, quoting Caitlyn as saying, "You can still call me dad, Kylie. No matter what I'm always going to be your father. That's never going to change."
Khloé also posted a throwback photo of Caitlyn, before her transition, sitting with the Keeping Up With the Kardashian star's late father, Robert Kardashian. "Thank you Lord for blessing me with not one phenomenal father but I was lucky enough to have two," she wrote. "Happy Father's Day!!!"
