Now that the Home and Garden Network has found a popular niche within a niche via the seemingly identical shows My First Place and Property Virgins—both based on following first-time buyers on the exciting hunt for a home—the network is apparently discussing even more possibilities within the winning format.

The slate is said to include You’ve Never Owned a House and Want to Buy One; What’s the Biggest Thing You Can Buy for the First Time? A House? Hell Yes!; You’ve Always Lived in Apartments but a House Would Be Cool; People Who Are New to Having a Home Watch This; Absolutely Not for Second-Time Home Purchasers; and House: After Watching the Medical Show, Get a Real One, but Only If You’ve Never Bought One Before.
