Bethenny Frankel is, as usual, bikini-ready for the summer...and also super flexible. The 44-year-old Real Housewives of New York City star, founder of Skinnygirl food products and mother of one showed off several painful-looking Yoga poses and stretches while on vacation.
One of them, posted on her Instagram page on Sunday, Father's Day, shows her wearing a coral bikini while kneeling on a sandy beach with her legs spread, touching her elbow with one of her feet and stretching and clasping her hands together behind her head.
"Life is good," she wrote.
Another pic, posted late last week, shows her wearing a royal blue string bikini and balancing her body parallel to what appears to be the wooden floor of a luxury boat using just with her hands, with her knees bent to the side.
"When dealing with me, you need to be flexible," she said.

She sports the same bikini in a third pic, posted last Tuesday, which shows her performing a headstand on what looks like the same floor.
