In the battle of wizards vs. zombies, it looks like zombies reign supreme!
AMC's new The Walking Dead spinoff Fear the Walking Dead just released an all-new, terrifying promo featuring a Harry Potter star...and he's totally about to get eaten by a zombie. Too bad he can't just use his magic wand to save himself! Wrong franchise, dude.
Watch Harry Potter actor Frank Dillane, who played the 16-year-old Tom Riddle aka Lord Voldemort in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, run for his life as Nick in this intense new promo below:
We've got three very important questions after watching this new footage.
1. Where are the walkers? We're noticing a distinct lack of zombies in this promo.
2. Why is Nick's shirt ripped open, and why are his pants falling down? That doesn't seem like proper attire to wear during a zombie apocalypse. Way to prepare!
3. Where is everyone else? That whole city looks completely deserted.
Hopefully we'll get our answers when Fear the Walking Dead premieres in August.
The new show stars House of Cards' Kim Dickens and Gang Related veteran Cliff Curtis, and is set in Los Angeles at the start of the zombie apocalypse that is currently gripping the mothership series, The Walking Dead. Dillane and Alycia Debnam Carey are also set to star in the series from executive producers Robert Kirkman, David Alpert, Greg Nicotero and Gale Anne Hurd.
The first season will be six episodes, and AMC has already ordered a second season to premiere in 2016.
