Of course not! The first lady came bearing gifts for Prince George and Princess Charlotte from her native America, said a spokesperson for the U.S. embassy.

According to an official traveling with Mrs. Obama, she gave 6-week-old Charlotte an American-made Amish rocking chair and a personalized Alpaca baby blanket. As for George, who turns 2 next month? The first lady brought him a red American-made children's wagon also known as a Berlin Flyer P-Wee Wagon.

First daughters Sasha Obama, 14, and Malia Obama, 16, joined their mum on the trip, along with the first lady's mom, Marian Robinson. The purpose of Mrs. Obama's visit is to boost education for girls around the world.

On Tuesday morning, Mrs. Obama chatted with Prince Harry over tea at Kensington Palace about the Let Girls Learn initiative as well as their shared interest in supporting veterans and their families. Per a palace spokesperson, the prince, 30, was "very pleased to host" the event and was "delighted" to meet Sasha and Malia, too!

The FLOTUS also paid a visit to the Mulberry School for Girls to vista with a group of inner-city London students. She told the young women she understands the challenge of being "overlooked" and undervalued. "With an education from this amazing school you all have every chance you need to rise above the noise and fulfill every one of your dreams," she said.

During her visit to the Mulberry School for Girls, Mrs. Obama said the U.S. and U.K. will join forces to improve access to education for girls internationally.
