Olivia Culpo and Nick Jonas have called it quits after almost two years together, but the model isn't letting the breakup bring her down. Since news broke of the couple's split, Culpo has been tweeting words of wisdom to her followers, including quoting a famous author.
It all began Sunday when she wrote, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.- Maya Angelou."
Although that message in particular seems directed at her current relationship status, former Miss Universe also gave her 134,000 followers some sage advice when it comes to self-confidence.
"YOU are enough," she wrote with a heart emoji.
She later added, "You are a product of your environment."
Her attitude seems relatively up beat, but that's probably because she and Jonas have nothing but love and respect for each other despite being broken up right now. "This has been a sensitive matter and both of them still love and care about each other and only want the best for one another," an insider told E! News.
"The long distance and ups and downs have been weighing on the two of them lately and it has not been easy but they know this is the best decision for them at this time."
With their PDA and public outings, this duo became a fan favorite, but the distance always seemed to be a bit difficult; however, Jonas and his leading lady always made an effort to make it work.
"The long distance is tough and dealing with that is always interesting, but it's all good," Jonas shared in an interview with ABC News. "You know, we're both busy and young and enjoying life, and it's going well."
Neither of them will have too much time to be sad, as they both have jam-packed schedules this summer.
