The 2015 Royal Ascot is well underway, which means, obviously, that our eyes are on the hats at hand (or on head, really). Style mavens are taking to the horse racing event—which occurs over the course of five days with members of the royal family, including Queen Elizabeth II, in attendance—with their most daring, eye-catching and just-plain-covetable hats and fascinators.
