Nick Lachey and Vanessa Lachey didn't want a vacation from their kids—they wanted one with them!

The cute couple brought 2-year-old son Camden and 6-month-old daughter Brooklyn along for a family getaway to the Bahamas, and as you can see, they're all having a grand ol' time in paradise.

On Monday, Vanessa Instagramed a photo of the swimsuit-clad foursome (Camden is even wearing Babiators!) going for a dip in the clear blue water. Each parent had a kid in one arm and beverage in the other.

"CHEERS!" wrote Vanessa. "With my family celebrating my NEW T.V. family #PeopleAreTalking! I am so excited to be joining #NBC this Fall to keep you ALL laughing every Friday night!"

That's right—mama's got a new gig! The actress stars opposite Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Tone Bell and Bresha Webb in a new half-hour comedy from the producer of Ride Along and the directer of How I Met Your Mother. Vanessa is also working with the March of Dimes on its imbornto.com campaign, celebrating that every baby is born to do something great.

Nick, of course, has an ongoing TV gig of his own hosting VH1's Big Morning Buzz Live. Balancing both parents' busy schedules might be challenging at times, but Vanessa and Nick always find a way to make things work.

"I try to surround myself with a great support system, so when I do come across these [difficult] moments, I know how to handle [them]—getting Camden on a schedule, traveling, juggling work schedules, dealing with a teething issue, or getting into a routine," Vanessa told Parents.com back in 2013.

Her most important role is being a parent. She described motherhood as "a job I have always wanted," adding, "Every single day it is an awesome blessing that I treasure."

Aw! People Are Talking premieres this fall on NBC.

(E! and NBC are both members of the NBCUniversal family.)
