That's what we thought immediately upon viewing Tom Brady busting a…something…at the Super Bowl ring ceremony for the New England Patriots over the weekend. It looked like a real good time; drinks, food, sparkly rings and also Wiz Khalifa? Why was he there? Anyway.
The real highlight of the party was quarterback Tom Brady, who showed off the kind of moves that you usually see when your lame uncle has a bit too many Jack and Coke's at your wedding so he decides to get on the dance floor with the "young crowd." He awkwardly bobbed his body up and down. Sometimes he put his arms in the air like he just doesn't care. Most of the time he just looks very unsure of himself, like it's the big eighth-grade dance and he's the nerdy kid trying to sneak in to the cool kids' huddle.
This is so confusing to us because Tom Brady is a great quarterback. Great QBs usually have impeccable timing, rhythm and quick feet. So…how did that all go out the window during this party? What happened, Tom?
Oh, and don't worry. Perma-bro Rob Gronkowski was also there, sweating through his Tommy Bahama shirt, which is a fitting wardrobe choice as that is essentially the universal uniform of the weird uncle.
